30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Love it or your money back.

How to request a refund Email Ashton.karch@icloud.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Returns If requiring return: Items must be returned in original condition. We'll email a return address once your request is approved. Return shipping is our responsibility.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
